He deserves Capital Punishment his disappearance was directly responsible for the deaths of six soldiers who went looking for this traitorous dog. His life for six isn't even an even trade but its all this jerk has to give. Fourteen years in prison is a disgrace as those six got the death sentence when they were on patrol trying to find him. How do you explain the trade here to their families?

(1) Doesn't get accrued pay and allowances for time in captivity.
(2) Stripped of rank and DD.
(3) Life without parole ... I'd prefer death.

There is no defense for this person's conduct ... none.
