Saw a red baseball cap at a recent antique arms show, kind of like a MAGA cap, that said: Make the .45 ACP great again. My sentiments exactly. As to my carry .45s, I use Critical Defense 185-gr for carry, and 185-gr ball for practice.

I have used 230 Federal HydraShok for many years. Been reading good things about the SIG Elite 230 great HP.

I use Hornady's Critical Duty or Defense for carry ammo. I used HydroShok in the past and still have some for other caliber pistols.

I'm partial to Winchester I use 230 fmj for plinking and practice then I carry 230 grain sjhp for carry
