Really? What a waste of time and resources. Nothing stops those people or their children from wearing masks should they choose to do so.

I sure love how you fools act like you have a degree in infectious disease control. Maybe you should of spent a year or so wearing MOPP-4 to learn how masks save lives!!!!!!!!!!! Anyone who thinks civil rights matter in a pandemic is a fool!! Win the battle first and then you can piss and moan while your still alive to do so!!!!!!!!

LOL. I was the chief of engineering for chem-bio defense at Brooks. A properly sealed chem mask must meet at least an E3 standard, meaning for every 1,000 PPM outside the mask, just 1 PPM can enter the mask. A mask certified for Bio must meet at least an E4 standard...10,000 to 1 ratio. Your cloth face covering does not even provide a 2:1 ratio. More than half of whatever is out there is still getting in. But wear a mask if it makes you feel better. The word "pandemic" is not enough for me to give up my liberties. Is it for you?

I seem to remember something in some old musty paperwork that said "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
I cannot find anywhere in the Constitution where the feds have this right to begin with.

Article VI, Section 2, of the U.S. Constitution is known as the Supremacy Clause because it provides that the "Constitution, and the Laws of the United States … shall be the supreme Law of the Land." It means that the federal government, in exercising any of the powers enumerated in the Constitution, must prevail over any conflicting or inconsistent state exercise of power.
Did not answer my question. Therefore, I will start to break down my question Barney style: Where in the Constitution is the federal government delegated the power over individual health?
My poor crippled brain has gone through and have found the following:
Expressed powers are those powers that the Constitution has specifically given to the federal government.
The express powers include the power:
1) to tax;
2) to coin money;
3) to regulate foreign and domestic commerce;
4) to raise and maintain an armed forces;
5) to fix standards of weights and measures;
6) to grant patents and copyrights;
7) to conduct foreign affairs; and
8) to make treaties.
Or, to be a bit more detailed:
Article I, Section 8 of the United States Constitution:
The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defense and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;
To borrow on the credit of the United States;
To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;
To establish a uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;
To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;
To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States;
