If you can't follow simple sentences why are we discussing this at all? It appears you have no idea what herd immunity is! "There are only two ways for a community to reach herd immunity: through the natural development of antibodies or vaccination."
Original goal was 60% inoculated OR natural.
Goal post kept shifting for a year.
70% inoculated OR natural.
75% inoculated OR natural.
75% inoculated.

In response to your civil suit, there is an established procedure for that. There is already a fund set up for ill effects of vaccines. Any lawyer that takes your case(s) to do any other suits would be a fool.
