The man is very clearly impaired and shouldn't be in office. Who is actually calling the shots? It ain't Biden. I want to know who is behind the curtain.

My God... I have never considered looking at the 26th Amendment, but the VP really should consider it and Congress should be prepared to vote on it. President Biden is clearly not in complete control of his faculties. I have no desire to see VP Harris take over, but honestly, I don't see much of a difference.
