Biden inexplicably urges Ukraine not to be so effective fighting against Russia

To be accurate the oil refineries are for Russian consumption. Processed oil made into many different chemicals, solvents, gasoline and diesel. In country the price of diesel did rise. I don’t know about the other commodities, but to effect world market price of oil, you would need to inhibit their production of oil and Ukraine is not doing that. Saudi Arabia and Russia have combined together to reduce the amount of oil pumped out the ground. This unlikely alliance has been created thanks to Joe Biden.
