Biden Proposes a 4.6% Raise for Federal Workers for 2023

Everytime the is a budget dust up, "non-essential" workers are furloughed. The government still works just fine. I say pink slip the non-essentials and there would be plenty of savings to channel the essential workers a measured increase.
