This does go against transparency. Questions main ones can be sent in advanced to give the best response however questions are meant to be on the spot an unexpected at times. The last administration never asked of this.

What is Joe's favorite color? (could be rejected because even Joe cannot remember)
What will Joe and Kamala be doing for <insert holiday here>?
Not a question but they will accept any personal opinion of the "reporter" rant about how great the Administration is doing
