You are missing the point entirely. the point is very simple, he has to use a teleprompter or some other device because of his diminished mental capacity. And him stating he was running for US Senate and forgetting what state he is in is FACT.

MSgt (Join to see) If teleprompter use is a sign of cognitive decline, Trump is also in trouble. In fact, he actually sounds MORE lucid when he uses a teleprompter. That has to be troubling.
