Unless china an russia both pledge not to build up their nuclear arsenals then we can't shrink ours. I would love to be in a non nuclear world some day but it won't happen.

If China and Russia both pledged not to build up their Nuclear arsenals , would you believe them ? I would trust China and Russia about as much as I would trust North Korea and Iran.

Side note: US nuclear arsenal needs streamlining and modernization instead of simple addition. We still use computers with floppy disks for C2 and we have had incidents where a food delivery person was able to walk into supposedly secure areas.
