Actually, it isn't. It's well documented. The only thing preventing the courts from interfering is the rights of individuals to set their own rules in their own businesses. Polarization results when, lacking an open forum, participants divide into separate forums which become echo chambers. It would be far better if they could simply share the same space even if only to shout at each other. Call it "The Kitchen" and if you can't stand the hear, stay out...
