There have been some big hacks that took money, but money in bitcoin and other "privacy enhanced" banking methods are always a target....most of them can not go to the police because of the way they obtained those funds.

Haven’t seen any reports of bitcoin being compromised... only the smaller ones.

How many big banks/financial institutions don’t report fraud/embezzlement/hacking?
