There are valid situations for a 'stand your ground' statute. This would be one of them. Whoops! To use 'stand your ground' you have to be able to defend yourself, don't you? The loons in Kalifornia have made it near impossible to legally have the means to defend yourself, haven't they? Glad I live in Florida.

True however we can't see what led to the car almost knocking over the biker? Who was the instigator? If was the guy in the car then yep an asskicking would be coming. Not gonna make an assumption just gonna tally this to another road rage incident.
