Bill to Provide Service Dogs for Veterans with PTSD Passes House Unanimously

I think this is a great program. I know many Veterans with dogs that they got because they needed something that would be with them always. My buddies dog saved him from making some seriously grave mistakes. I will hope in the future they will have a successful program that helps.
