That's the result of our idiot criminal justice system which fails to distinguish "brandishing" a weapon as a threat to commit violence, and an innocent party under attack who "displays" a weapon as a warning that if the aggression continues, they are prepared to use deadly force.
We see the same kind of crap when "journalists" report obvious cases of self-defense as the intended victim "taking the law into his own hands". They conflate self-preservation with being a "vigilante".

This is what the left have driven the Nation to, it is an US vs Them, because those of use that abide, believe, and defend the Constitution can not stand idly by as we see others rights infringed and injustice committed. How many times in the last year have we watched the Liberals violate the Constitution, how many laws have we watched them break, how many riots, and people attacked and nothing ever happens. Liberalism IS a mental disorder, it is an insanity that replaces Truth and Reason with comfortable lies and a void of responsibility.
They demand gun confiscation, they demand safe spaces, they demand police departments be disbanded, they demand more legislation so they "fell" safe. But when you point out the Truth that Criminals dont obey the law, that people will need to enforce the laws and above all else that Americans have the RIGHT to own firearms, and they have the RIGHT to defend their lives. They scream more liberal insanity and call everyone fascist.
I use to think Liberals were just uneducated, that they didn't understand the facts... Now I understand that they can not understand facts they are mentally incapable of rational thought.
