Her delivery aside, white men are statistically more likely to commit those crimes in America. That's a huge generalization that doesn't account for social norms or influence. It may be that it's just due to the fact that white people are still the majority, so the numbers are higher. So no, not racist by definition. Obviously the girl has serious anger issues.

SSG Jessica Bautista - In your comment, you come across as that because it is statistically more likely for white men to commit crimes that the woman is correct in her stance. Her anger issues are racist.

PO1 John Y. To be perfectly clear, her reaction was absolutely horrendous, but she is statistically correct. Again, racism by definition is systemic. I'd hardly consider anything American to exclude white men for the sole reason of being white men.
