I'd just say the products are being safeguarded for the people who would like to buy them.
They're not hers anyway...until she buys them. And she's not otherwise being denied them if she wants to buy them.

Who? The plaintiff or Gloria? I don't know about the plaintiff. She may just be some stooge Gloria dug up to build a case around or she may honestly believe that she has a right to be offended. But Gloria is definitely "for real". She has a long history of ambulance chasing. Ultimately, her talent is converting headlines into big paydays.
