The refurbishing also creates jobs stateside and the delivery could potentially create contractor positions there.

SSG (Join to see) - Win win. They get newer aircraft for their military, we get a boost to the economy, and best of all our troops can come home.

I am sure they will master bank time and phased maintenance swimmingly.

I was thinking that. Our 15T Blackhawk repairers go through AIT for longer than 12 weeks, and they do not have the language barrier that the Afghanis do. Also, our Production Control (PC) meetings can get rough on occasion-- I'm sure the Afghanis will show us how it's done.

SSG(P) (Join to see) - plus the tribe of contractors, phone in repair parts, and depot level maintenance just to keep rotors spinning
