I have co-workers of color and opposing gender who make as much as i do if not more. They got to the same place I did through hard work and dedication. All people have traits that will help them achieve success. According to the Declaration of Independence, we have the right to Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness. That last part is the PURSUIT of happiness. If an individual does not pursue their goals with purpose and integrity, who's fault is it they are not happy?
