Blue Bell recalls cookie dough ice cream due to listeria concerns

They just can't win. I want to be a food inspector, and these cases just bother me... Why can't they get a handle? Although, I commend Blue Bell for being one of the better companies to usually voluntary recall things before they are forced to by the government, I still wonder why they are having such issues specifically with Listeria.
