One of the best hikes in Honolulu. This hike takes you to three waterfalls and then up to the top of this hidden crater. Oahu, Hawaii.

When I was at Kaneohe, I did love hiking those trails, regrettably by myself. I recall the one above BYU in Laie that had places where the trail was about 8" wide on an 80 degree slope. And everything is lava that crumbles. But I'd done it in the Philippine mountains in full gear, at night, before, so no problem, right? Plus I was invincible at the time.... Nooooo, I was very lucky.
