We are way past the horrible work conditions that needed unions to correct.
Joining should be a choice of the worker and not forced upon them.

we are the same way in NC... and the Movement of many Plants and facilities into the 2 states is because of the Right to work laws... No Unions ... Strikes and still good wages the cost of Living is lower and areas in the 2 states are growing exponentially
Look at what the Unions did in other states... they have almost out Lived their usefulness ... and become massive Political organizations ... Prime Example SEIU...
The fact that they have "closed shops" and "Closed Shop States " Is Part of the Problem in many States, and why they are Loosing so much of their Industry and Jobs
Most of the Jobs here come with good wages and Benefits...
