This list of 239 books on Goodreads bears the title. "Books with Innovative Book Design / Structure" and indeed they are some of the most mind-blowing, experimental, ergodic, and metafiction literature books I have seen. A lot of cool, wild books on the list. My favorite has to be Mark Z. Danielewski's "House of Leaves". Do you have a favorite?

I recently purchased house of leaves. The first actual non eBook purchase in a long time based on a podcast recommendation. I liked the unique writing style and format it takes that you can't quite get by reading on your iPhone. A few others on the list I recommend are Hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy Cloud Atlas, Haunted, and Flowers for Algernon.

Good luck with "House of Leaves"! I first read it in 2005 after many, many recommendations and I think about it often. I would like to re-read it soon. "Cloud Atlas" was an interesting concept. I can't remember now if I watched the movie first or read the book, but that is a wild story!
