We recruit everyone but we do the date with destiny because quite honestly females that I talk to dont realize the opportunity in the industry. That is why we put on the technical forum twice a year. So I have been at job fairs and the female come up to the table and dont really think of opportunities. So as the military recruiter my job is to reach out in that space. But I engage all military talent.
