Technically the means makes them enemies of the US but what kind of enemy would be exposing the most wretched of our society? Granted, everyone has fluoride in the tap water so the feel bad for these people, but if more of this happens, it really does seem like an elite inside job of Americans rather than some two-bit Russians.
