PO1 Kevin Dougherty - That is good that it was temporarily suspended. Should have never been there in the first place. Though they only suspended the cease-and-desist order to allow the justice department to review. Hopefully the justice department finds against the ATF.

SGT Bradley Dixon - The language in the cease-and-desist letter reads: "The Firearms and Ammunition Technology Division (FATD) examined the Honey Badger Pistol manufactured and marketed by Q, LLC and determined the firearm is a short-barreled rifle as defined under the NFA".

So, while an agent wrote the letter, it was determined by the FATD.

They have suspended the cease and desist order in writing. Their letter stated: “The purpose of this suspension is to allow the United States Department of Justice to further review the applicability of the National Firearms Act to the manufacture and transfer of the model ‘Honey Badger Pistol’ firearm,”

So I guess it depends on who wins next Tuesday.
