this is not good and they are now up to 9 killed and 50 Injured...

Sure sounds like a terrorist attack but we don't know who the attacker is yet, so its hard to call this one. It could still be a drunk behind the wheel. I wonder if the German gov calls terrorist attacks by other names like we do (workplace violence, mentally disturbed individual) My bet is muslim refugee.
