Fake news. This is the third one that I'm aware of that you posted from this link. Newsinfoweb is not a credible source. Wow- what an extraordinary leap to make! How would you know anything about anyone's time in service? For instance, I never got promoted because I was injured in service & permanently & totally disabled before I got a chance to do anything else. Truth is truth.
