Enjoyed talk about innovation and modernization of the US Army with Brigadier General Matt Easley visiting West Point for "Projects Day". This is the day the West Point seniors present over 400 projects prepared in small teams to show innovation and capability. We had chance to hear from cadets who were working on robots, sensors that can show visual recognition on small screens attached ot their uniforms, and even app to teach the history of D-Day. BG Easley serves as Director of Army Artificial Intelligence for the Army Future Command based in the National Capital Region. The USMA graduate who holds a Doctorate in Computer Science from the University of Colorado prior assignment was Deputy Commanding General Cyber for the 335th Signal Command in East Point, Georgia.
