The family of fallen Marine Sgt. Joshua Ashley, has waited since 2012 for his K-9 partner to retire so they could adopt him. His mother said, “He told me the last night before we lost him that he wanted to adopt Sirius and that he wanted me to take him until he was able to have him,” “So, ever since he passed away, we have always wanted to get him.”

Thanks for the Post Capt! I'm sure that having Sirius in their family is a great memory of their Son that they cherish everyday! Talk about SEMPER FI! This is what brings tears in a man's eyes. Well, mine it does.
