Not surprising that he doesn't want to testify, truth is he is a dead man walking if he does. HRC and the left have a lot more to lose if it comes out that this was a hoax pushed by them. We all know the Liberal Media will ignore the truth and keep pushing the Russia / Racist narrative. But this will be a huge nail in their coffin.
