Budget cuts are forcing the Army to lose its competitive edge

With personnel cuts and the never pressure from overall budget cuts, this administration is putting America at risk. We need to start getting ready for the storm that is coming. I fully expect another 9/11 event, if only because this president has opened our borders and we do not know who relay came over and what they are planning to do.
