OMG. This is perhaps the stupidest thing I have read all day. How long have cows been around? Like freaking FOREVER. Perhaps if they ban Taco Bell that would reduce methane emissions by like 50%. (sarcasm)

This perceived crisis received one of the Fed's insane pork barrel grants back in the 1970s. Cow Flatulation. Crisis. Insane. Then and now.
