I do not like CNN. But, this article makes some very good points and it is writing about all of us. There are three points that I took away from this. They are team building, trust and getting ordinary folks to perform in an outstanding way.

As a veteran small business owner, I have been reading and listening to Sun Tzu. "Attack the enemy where he is unprepared, and appear where you are not expected." May be my favorite quote. The team with me now is small. But, very capable and I trust them.

I was once told business is war. The more I read about it, I agree we can learn from war tactics and strategy on how to win at business.

Here at Rally Point I have had the honor and pleasure to discuss topics with true American leaders both enlisted and officer. I have been doing so, because I am trying to arm my mind with ammo to win against a much larger foe.

Off Topic: I am at 90%. But, can not figure out how to get my contacts to be invited to see my posts. It makes me look like a poor leader. Can anyone help in small words. I have asked this question in the past and I could not get it to work correctly. Folks asked me WTH was going on.
