CSM Charles Hayden - CPT (Join to see) - The GOP needs all the help it can get to slow down The Donald. I've been reading a lot of articles about what is going on inside the GOP establishment, and they are in a state of panic right now. Donors are withholding money, they are considering throwing Cruz under the bus (to prop up Rubio), they are trying to force Kasich to drop out, and even some Republican politicians are starting to endorse Trump. Pass the popcorn please.

I continue to wait for some fledgling reporter to disclose ' dirt' on Trump!
Is that a change for our candidates? Pending his IRS 1040s, that is.

CSM Charles Hayden - I don't think Trump would care. He would probably tell on himself because he likes all of the attention.

This is why Donald Trump needs more than a simple majority of the delegates to secure the nomination. The super delegates will vote against him. As has been explained, only about 7% are super delegates, thus Trump needs about 55% of the delegates committed to him to win the nomination on the first ballot. Failing that, it will be a brokered convention, Trump will not get the nomination and will most likely make an independent bid for President. Say hello to President Clinton...

Basically it's similar to the all or nothing delegate states. Winner heats all second place is just that no delegate for you

Personally I think super delegates are a farce, look at what happened to Sanders in Vermont, he won the popular vote by a large margin but the so called super delegates all but two sided with Clinton. This is a rigged system, no matter what the people want the Democrat power block can still force a candidate down their throats like Clinton.
