Buyers with good credit will soon start paying higher mortgage rates

My Comment: "The administration has another great idea. If your credit score is at or above 680 your loan will cost more. The money will go to those who have not bothered with improving their credit. Does that sound familiar? In early 2000 it was tried and the taxpayers paid the bill. Defaults were as high as 20.9%, and the taxpayer paid for those losses as well. Does this sound like a great plan?"
