CA Senate Votes 28-8 to Exempt Itself from California Gun Laws - California Political Review

There is a proposed amendment to the Federal Constitution to forbid members of Congress from exempting themselves from any law they pass. This situation at the state level proves that such a law, at both Federal and state levels, should be made part of the Constitution.
Yeah, that means I'm a believer in the "living" Constitution to some people's way of thinking. Not to the definition of "living Constitution" I know.
