Looks like they are back at it again. Well, if they really want to know what it would be like, they cut off ALL federal funding, no federal disaster response, or anything else private or public to California.

California is dependent on other states for food, power, and water. They lose all of that for some period of time after the transition, and they'd start out in immediate crisis. This is never going to happen. They are not capable of self-sustaining their population.

Again, the SCOTUS has rendered a decision on this, a state can not secede. Let them spin their wheels, gives them something to do other than screw up their state even more.
