California lawmakers move to cap prison time for felons, including robbers, murderers

Nothing like short sentences.

Jack I have no issue with shorter prison times, however, if the prison time is shorter the time must not be pleasant at all. Prison times can be cut a great deal, not to mention the cost will go way down. Prison does not need to be a pleasant place at all. Very unpleasant very! I am not saying beat them I am saying for starters no tv, no radio, no phone, no canteen. There would be opportunities to work, but that is just to get outside, and you would have to work hard or you could sit in your little cell alone.
