This is great. I wrote my MBA letter of intent on pretty much this very thing. When I left active duty, I felt great about transitioning to a civilian logistics career. Didn't take me long to realize I have a lot of good knowledge but I have no idea how to translate any of it into 'civilian language'.

LTC Jay Hicks, Thanks for writing and posting that article. I have been searching for a logistics career coach or mentor in my area so I could learn the civilian speak, if you will, for military logistics and it is harder than one might imagine.
