Can a job title can change your behaviour?

Hi i don't believe giving a qualified person a different job title will have a long-term effect on their performance or behavior. In today's world, people often rate themselves on their pay structure. I belieive companies should be willing to give their top performers top pay.

Interesting read, my title now is disabled and it makes me feel like shit . So I guess it's true .
