Yes, but you can't collect active pay and compensation at the same time. On days that you drill, you will have to forfeit one or the other.

The way waz in the 90 when I got out the answer is yes if you qualify, however you will not receive your VA money will in Guard or Reserves. That the way it is suppose to happen. The VA may not stop paying you. Do not think of it as free money at some point they will start taking it back

Yes, but you will have to waive disability pay more or less equal to the drill pay.
