It's difficult to believe the origin of these banned bomb cannot be determined.

It's unfortunate that the victims of unexploded ordnance tend to be the innocent who have done nothing but attempt to live their lives in areas of the world where others fight for power and territory. Cleanup of such ordnance is a large scale problem throughout many regions, and creates tragedy with the lack of effective cleanup of such ordnance.

Not to mention that much of this ordinance is designed to kill those that try to clean it up.
