Census, like Post Office, politicized in election year

It just happens that the Census is this year. The redistricting or remapping wont happen until next year, after the elections. Also, the Census funds fall under FY-20 which ends 30 Sept. So I can see the push to have it done in time. However, there has been a delay due to COVID-19. People who are illegal should not have a say in Census because they are not entitled to vote in our elections nor are they entitled to anything else.
