Is it me or were some of those cars in the 1920-1930's just really too nice to be cabs?

Very nice video! Last time I was in a cab was a couple months ago heading to the Riverwalk in San Antonio.

I should have explained a bit better - Checker was one of my accounts when I worked at Auto Specialties in the late 1970's and my last call to them was just before they shut their doors around 1982.
