Wayne, Bradly Manning could not run for senate with a penis or not. If I remember correctly the jackass is a traitor. I feel pretty strongly it should still be in prison

I don't care about their naughty bits, but I have feelings about the convicted traitor part of their resume. And all other morals aside, I refuse to vote for someone who got caught. The point of doing something illegal is not to go to jail, but to leverage your intellect to do something that the system does not permit AND get away with it, honestly do we want to vote for someone who has down an inability read people sufficiently to avoid snitches when engaging in illicit behavior?

Manning should not ever be in a position that has access to any kind of classified material! The transgender aspect of this is nothing but white noise on judging the character of this person.
