Classless, I have always tried to give the president the benefit of doubt, but for the life of me I just can't think of a single good reason why a commander in chief would commute this turd sandwich's sentence.

This is bullshit. He is a traitor, he violated his oath to his country and to the military. He was sentenced. Now that he thinks he can tuck his tail between his legs, he deserves special treatment? You want me to open the door for you too? Jesus Can't get Obama out of office quick enough?

I'm in the same boat. I've always said that I may disagree with him (especially in foreign policy), but he did what he set out to do. Hell, by commuting and not pardoning, the President is saying "Yes, I agree that he committed treason, but I don't give a shit."

If we look at the silver lining, it also means that he's got a dishonorable discharge and the taxpayer no longer has to pay for his "sex reassignment" surgery. He was safe and pampered in prison, and I think he's going to find out the hard way that society is the biggest administrator of justice. He'll soon become irrelevant to everyone except the unfortunate community he finds himself in.
