The CPD are more than capable, in force and action. The problem is it's contained in two areas and as long as the CPD are held on a leash, nothing will be resolved by the Democrat administration of Chicago.

The CPD and civilians have got to decide what they want- do they want to be gang and corruption free or do they want to stay in the same situation and wallow in their own pity? Don't tell me it's not that simple because it is- life is about choices- choose to do the right thing or choose to remain silent. The POTUS might think about appointing temporary police from other geographic areas and "vett" Chicago police, cleaning up their local government that way, and taking back the streets. But to just throw your hands up and whine gets you nowhere-js
