I say let all the Blue state mayor's, Governors go ahead and dismantle their police departments, in turn the President make them Federal agents, that only show up after the crimes are committed.

Great idea,,, Let's make that policy... It should take the citizens, what? 1 maybe 2 weeks of that type of enjoyment to either move out or re-elect a proper Official.

Establish firm rules of engagement, send in the CPD or NYPD with National Guard to end the anarchy. Protest peacefully as much as you please, zero tolerance for rioters and looters.
