Some business are evaluating costs and the ability to sustain themselves. Location and market shares are not always profitable. Other factors such as taxes and overhead may differ as well. Companies are always trying to get a competive advantage and maintain it.At the end of day, it boils down to profits and the costs of doing business.

Yes just the other day 8 shot in Washington Park. Chicago is considered the city with the largest gang population well over 100,000. Out of 100 people 7 are gang members. In Chicago there are no rules and these animals will attack and murder anyone. Absolutely no respect for life and others.
